Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
The upgrade of gear can increase its base stats, and sometimes enhances its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the number of random augmentations used.
For instance, the top shield for racial discrimination Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb function in PvP or to provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item, like an armor, weapon or ring. This replaces the item with another of the same kind and comes with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method of upgrading gear. They don't keep the original level of the item, and any resources wasted won't get compensated.
Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors through several means like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in crates and chests or purchase them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of an item that could include increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.
Players can roll equipment with three categories: physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power boost the damage of melee and weapons attack and spell power boost mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades give the player an additional level of health.
There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a higher quality and requires a higher-quality reroll token order to create it. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require items that are either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
The reroll marker, unlike other markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces, remains on the space till the next success is rerolled. This is a way to avoid wasting upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the beginning of every Preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by grasping them. Once they are open they show a complete description and icon of the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. The restaurant's shop will swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.
As a result, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop sells for rerolls and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that boost the value of an item by increasing its stats or characteristics. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. These stones can also be obtained by players who have completed daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment players must first find the item they want to upgrade and then click the "level up" button. This will display a list of the item's current level and what it will be when it is upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.
After deciding on what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. After the player has met the requirements, he is able to hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be raised in level by a specific percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item, the upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to minutes.
The upgrade process also is risk-free, and does not impact the durability of the item. This makes the system an excellent method for players to get an advantage in combat without putting a strain on their bank account. By clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded piece of gear onto an entirely new piece of equipment.
New players may find it difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are a variety of ways to obtain them, including signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from the reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is an optional feature that allows players to increase the base stats of weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials, and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume upgrade components and grant the item an increased level, which gives the item an additional boost in that particular area. This process can be repeated until the highest level of an item is attained.
Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon beside their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components don't stack with one another, and can only be added to one item at a time. Each upgrade component requires an amount of items, as well as a minimum equipment level.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add items to be upgraded. On the right, a preview shows what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Once a player has enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade process.
An item of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its base stats will be increased by a small amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.
When an item reaches its maximum capacity and is no longer upgraded, it does not have the option to upgrade. Also, when an item is on the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades to that track will have a discount.
Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be slotted into weapons, armor trinkets and gathering tools to give an added bonus or effect while the equipment is being used. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be swapped by acquiring new ones. However, this will destroy the old upgrade.
Requirements
Items upgrades enable players to increase certain attributes of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the type of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options available).
Items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to equipment and weapons. These will provide additional effects or an increase in item level. The upgrades can be acquired from various sources in the game, including crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an object, it isn't able to be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.
Upgrades can increase the Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can boost the stats of the item.
The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun" for instance, increases the base defense and adds an additional 20% chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire" on the other hand increases damage from weapons.
Some items benefit from upgrading less for their increased stats, but more because it allows players to get the most value from a perfect roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example is highly coveted by the melee PvP communities and can be worth 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.
If you choose an upgrade component to slot into an item the game will display an in-game window that lists the required requirements. These include the item type (either weapon or armor) the tier of the item, the upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
The game will add an item in your inventory after you have fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show how close to getting the upgrade completed. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by going to any item upgrade r NPC.
